How do I use my discount code?
Key in your discount code in the [Discount code] field at the Check Out page and click on [Apply] to redeem.
I placed my order but forgot to use my discount code. What should I do?
Unfortunately, once payment is made, additional discounts cannot be applied. Please check your orders before making final payment.
Shipping & Returns
What are my delivery options?
We provide door-to-door shipping for all orders. Shipping is free for all local orders above S$20.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 business days. Delivery may be delayed by an additional 1-3 days if the order is made just prior to or during public holidays.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is ready to be shipped out we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take 1-2 days before the tracking information is uploaded.
