How do I use discount code?
Key in your discount code in the [Discount code] field at the Check Out page and click on [Apply] to redeem.
I placed my order but forgot to use my discount code. What should I do?
Unfortunately, once payment is made, additional discounts cannot be applied. Please check your orders before making final payment.
Shipping & Returns
What are my delivery options?
We provide door-to-door shipping for all orders. Shipping is free for all local orders above S$25.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 business days. Delivery may be delayed by an additional 1-3 days if order is made before or during public holidays.
Can I exchange or return my AIR⁺ mask?
For hygiene and safety reasons, all masks in unsealed condition are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
